Our caregiver support group brings together those caring for loved ones—parents, adult children, or spouses—in a compassionate community. Here, you’ll find encouragement, understanding, and resources to remind you that you’re not alone in your caregiving journey. This is a community peer support group, not psyhotherapy, if you need psychotherapy, we will refer out. Please note: if you are a past or current therapy client at Colibri Counseling & Consulting, PLLC you are ineligible to attend, and I will provide referrals.
DISCOVERING YOUR SELF-CARE COMPASS: NAVIGATING BALANCE AND WELL-BEING
In this interactive session, Christina McKelvy will guide you
through practical and unique strategies to prioritize your well-
being in the midst of life’s demands. You’ll explore The Caregiver’s
Self-Care Compass, a hands-on activity designed to help you
identify what grounds, energizes, drains, and nourishes you.
Whether you’re juggling caregiving, work, or personal
responsibilities, this talk will empower you to create a
personalized roadmap for lasting self-care and resilience.
Christina McKelvy is the founder and owner of Colibri Counseling &
Consulting, PLLC. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from
Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in
Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Childhood Education.
