Join us for a free community presentation focused on the importance of mental health wellness for caregivers. This informative session will explore the emotional challenges caregivers face and offer practical strategies for managing stress and maintaining personal well-being. Local mental health counselor, Christina McKelvy, will share tools to help build resilience and prevent burnout. Attendees will also learn about local resources and support networks available to caregivers. Whether you're a parent, caring for an aging family member, or a professional caregiver, this presentation is designed to support and empower you in your vital role.

Christina McKelvy is the founder and owner of Colibri Counseling & Consulting, PLLC. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Childhood Education. Christina has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for nearly a decade and is a registered clinical supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.
